Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund. (Carriage Excluded) Items must be returned unworn or unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalised products, and personal care items cannot be returned.

Return postage is generally paid by the customer (we recommend a tracked service); if your item arrived damaged or faulty, we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
