For her engagement to Prince Charles in 1981, Diana, Princess of Wales was given a large 20 carat sapphire brooch surrounded by two rows of diamonds as an engagement gift by Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother. Not being the type of person to wear a brooch, Diana later added rows of pearls to the brooch and turned it into a choker which she wore often, most well remembered was the night she danced at the White House with John Tavolta in 1985. These earrings are inspired by her brooch.
These earrings are silver-toned and feature a large central blue bohemian crystal surrounded by a halo of white bohemian crystals.
